Okay Let's Get Started

At Papa Ron's Place, we believe success doesn’t have to be complicated. After more than 50 years in this business, I’ve learned that the harder we make something, the less likely people are to do it. That’s why we’ll focus on simple, practical steps—the basics that work—and help you repeat them consistently. We’ll guide you along the way, support you as you learn, and help you build toward that important first success.

DO'S

  • ✓Connect with people — Reach out, follow up, and build real relationships every day.
  • ✓Prioritize profit-producing activities — Focus first on work that creates revenue or moves opportunities forward.
  • ✓Keep it simple — Choose the next clear action instead of overcomplicating the plan.
  • ✓Protect your focus time — Block time for your most important work before meetings and messages take over.
  • ✓Follow up consistently — Most opportunities come from thoughtful, timely follow-through.
  • ✓Review and improve — End the day by noting what worked, what didn’t, and what matters tomorrow.

DONT'S

  • ✗Don’t scroll all day — Social media should be intentional, not a default distraction.
  • ✗Don’t do busy work — Avoid tasks that feel productive but don’t create meaningful progress.
  • ✗Don’t procrastinate — Start before you feel perfectly ready.
  • ✗Don’t chase every new idea — Finish or validate the priority before shifting directions.
  • ✗Don’t work without a plan — Beginning the day reactively makes it easy to lose momentum.
  • ✗Don’t confuse motion with progress — Being busy is not the same as moving the business forward.
